Power of the Stippling

The stippling has become one of my favorite make up tools. A stippling brush can be used for a natural look while applying foundation. The brush is made up of synthetic fibers which are a very important element. The synthetic fibers help evenly catch the lose foundation so that it's applied evenly and lightly.

Tips:

• Use a dampened wet cloth and lightly blot the brush onto the cloth before the brush touches your choice of foundation. 
• If using primer make sure you let the primer sit giving it time to dry.
• Gently blot the foundation onto your face. Blot the T-zone downward and the rest of the face outward
• Never choke the brush! Hold the brush on the end of the handle for better results. 

 

Know your skin type. I have oily skin and love the Sephora line of primer, matte foundation, and concealer. If you need help free matching is provided at any store. Even if the line does not work for you it's still good to get professional help so take advantage of their resources.
